When I dry my hair at the gym it goes swishy and feels nice. My babyliss £25 hairdryer just isn't the same. Will splurging really help? The gym one has no brand on it - pleas tell me which one makes you feel all posh and blow dried?

Parlux is the one that is always recommended on here. Have just ordered one myself...

PoppyWearer · 16/09/2012 08:03

Parlux or ETI.

My gym and hairdresser have ETI. and so do I

Not expensive at all!

PoppyWearer · 16/09/2012 08:04

Oh, and a Babyliss Big Hair, of course!

BellaVita · 16/09/2012 08:05

I got a Parlux one last Xmas - it is great.

valiumredhead · 16/09/2012 10:03

Parlux.

I've got a Parlux and it really does make a difference. I got a 3000 turbo from Amazon, was about £70. My hair feels completely different using this than when I used to use a £20 Babyliss one.

valiumredhead · 16/09/2012 11:15

I got my parlux for £55 on line, it was cheaper than when I looked on Amazon and ebay. I think it was from Lookfantastic.

valiumredhead · 16/09/2012 11:15

Yes my hair feels different too when I use it - I would never buy anything else now.

OlympickingMyNose · 16/09/2012 11:20

Got a label m one Dh cousin has got her own salon that uses them and got me one. From wholesalers £40, my hair looks amazing after every use, cheap ones are a total waste especially babyliss!

rabbitonthemoon · 16/09/2012 12:32

This is great, thank you! What difference do the numbers make ie 3200 vs 3500? Seems quite a big difference in price?

www.salonlines.co.uk/hair-dryers/parlux-hairdryers/Parlux-3200-Compact-Hairdryer/

This is the model I have and it's the same as they use in my salon so very powerful.
