I still used dentanox at that age

quite often dandruff at that age is caused by not rinsing soap out (you know how you rinse it, turn round to get a towel and they have dunked their head under the water again?)

Just use Head & Shoulders. Fine for a 3yo.

Aveda scalp remedy shampoo and conditioner. It is life changing and very gentle.

Are you sure it's dandruff and not a dry or irritated scalp?
