I really want to get laser lipo done! Cheap deals keep popping up on grouping and KGB deals! But it's hard to tell how effective it is! So I really want to hear if it has worked for others.

I have recently started couch to 5k just finished my first week. And i intend to see it through to the end as I now have the time. And I have just started a pole fitness class. So I know I get it shape its about dirt and exercise, the diet part I struggle with more. But I thought this laser lipo could give me a head start.

Would love to hear from other as to how effective it has been.

Never heard of it but tell me more about dirt Grin

Grin laser lipo is suppose to break down fat, and when you exercise it leaves the body somehow!

One mumsnetter said they lost 6 inches in 4 sessions! Smile

But I just want a few other reviews really!

Didn't work for me, but I suppose I probably didn't diet enough!

FaffTastic · 16/09/2012 19:41

Had 3 sessions and it didn't make the slightest bit of difference to me.

Movingforward123 · 16/09/2012 19:45

Did either of you exercise after? As it said you should exercise within 12 hours of having the treatment!

I think I might be the Mner who lost 6 inches in 4 sessions. It worked well for me and also for the friend I went with. But you do need to exercise to see results.

Movingforward123 · 16/09/2012 20:05

Yes you are Grin as you posted on my other thread where I was talking about home laser lipo! Smile

Did you loose the 6inches from one place? Or a few different places and added the inches together?

Didn't work for me ... And I did everything they told me to. But I later found I have PCOS, I don't know if that meant my body wasn't as good at it should have been at metabolising / cleaning out the fat.

AKissIsNotAContract · 16/09/2012 21:04

I lost the 6 inches from my tummy. They measured me in 4 areas around my tummy and the 6 inches was the total from the 4 measurements. But it made a very big difference as I went from a size 14 to a 12. I've stayed at a 12 too.

Movingforward123 · 16/09/2012 21:42

Wow I would love to loose a dress size! And did you up your exercise after? Or change your diet?

I didn't change my diet at all. The loss did give me a boost so that I increased my exercise for a while afterwards. I had the sessions about 18 months ago.

Movingforward123 · 17/09/2012 21:45

Oh sounds really positive!

Well I've just started couch to 5 k do I am defiantly upping my exercise anyway!
