Wanting to buy the Chanel foundation but.....

thought I would have a good look on the net to see if I could get it a bit cheaper.

The one I want is the Vitalumiere cream makeup no.10 Limpede. It comes in a little square glass jar.
Boots are selling it for £28 on the net but I have a free p&p code so thats all it will cost me.

There are none on ebay.

So does anyone know of any other sites to check out?
Have looked at StrawberryNet an another US site but they are charging £30.

TIA

haven't found anything useful yet....

NomDePlume · 18/03/2006 15:38

BTW - Was your offer accepted on that house you wanted last week ? My internet has been down for a week (swapping ISP) and so I missed the outcome.

Nbg · 18/03/2006 15:42

It went back and forth and she finally rejected the last offer of £150k (£5k under asking price) but has said she will meet us half way if we get a buyer for our house.

I have someone coming at 4 to view!

£28 seems to be the best I can find so far.

Nbg · 18/03/2006 15:54

Yeah I think it is.

Oh well.
I wouldn't mind but the other shades are going for £20 Buy it Now on ebay!

I just don't trust ebayers where branded cosmetics/perfumes are concerned.

satine · 18/03/2006 15:56

But are they genuine, or just knocked up in someone's garage? Grin I was caught once with some fake Lancome moisturiser in ebay from a seller who had hundreds of positive feedback. I'm hyper suspicious now!

NomDePlume · 18/03/2006 15:56

Despite buying selling a lot on ebay (not that stuff though)

littlerach · 18/03/2006 15:57

mum has just received some clinique lipsticks from Ebay, an american seller. Fab bargain, plus good postage costs.

Nbg · 18/03/2006 15:59

I've never bought cosmetics from ebay before. Just thought it was worth a look.

Always suspicious incase they have been opened and used a bit.

I think if it was that didgy, then there would be some feedback pointing to that.

littlerach · 18/03/2006 16:01

Or Dodgy even!!

Nbg · 18/03/2006 16:01

True.
