I love Rimmel sexy curves in the purple pack. I need a new one and do not know whether It has been discontinued or not.

Badgal lash in the burgundy for everyday and black for best.

NettOlympicSuperstar · 10/09/2012 18:52

Blinc.

41notTrendy · 10/09/2012 18:53

I had a tester of Clinique's high impact mascara. Instead I went for Max Factor masterpiece, which for a tenner is rubbish. Wish I'd not wasted my boots points and got the Clinique one!

korvonia · 10/09/2012 18:54

lancome definicils.

fluffydressinggown · 10/09/2012 18:55

Lancome Hypnose

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 10/09/2012 18:55

My favourite is Lancome Definicils but the Max Factor 2000 Calorie really isn't far from it, and is about a quarter of the price.

SoleSource · 10/09/2012 19:01

Good brands!
,My lashes are very straight and the Rimmel had been the only mascara to ever curl them. But I haven't
tried the brands mentioned here.

I'm really liking Bourjois Volume Glamour Sensitive. It's the first sensitive eyes mascara that works and actually gives me nice looking lashes.

QuinnFabray · 10/09/2012 19:11

Benefit They're Real is really very good, but not sure the expensive ones are worth it. Yes, the Bourjois sensitive one ( is that the one in the white tube? ) is great, better than the non-sensitive version for some reason. The Barry M one in the purple tube is also really good. I never would have thought to buy a mascara from Barry M, but it's better than a lot of the High End ones I've tried.

ItsMeYourCathy · 10/09/2012 19:13

L'oreal with the white stuff that you put on first. Something tubes??!!! Anyway, I love it and it comes off literally in little tubes when you wash your face

Phaedra11 · 10/09/2012 19:13

My current favourite is Clinique High Definition which I prefer to the High Impact one which leaves me with panda eyes. Also agree Clinique is generally better than Max Factor which I used to use. Both brands are good for sensitive eyes though. There are many that aren't unfortunately.

shattereddreams · 10/09/2012 19:16

Dior show.
I've tried a lot of high end and this is the best for throwing on one coat in the morning and still having plump lashes at bedtime.

Lancôme flakes
Clinique is too thin
Liz earle is ok actually
Arden is weak colour

Dior show is the only one I have bought again and again (6 monthly!)

knitknack · 10/09/2012 19:37

I bought Rimmel superlash the other day after losing patience with so many other brands and now I'm wondering why I ever strayed!

AGeeksWife · 10/09/2012 19:46

Barry M- as good I reckon as Benefit They're Real (but I do have quite long lashes) and only about £6.

Glittertwins · 10/09/2012 19:52

I found Lancôme ones tended to clump my eyelashes together regardless of how I put it on. The best one I have so far is Chantecaille although it stings like mad if I forget to take it off before going swimming (not waterproof). Goes on really well, lasts ages and doesn't look like a ton of gunk on my eyes either.

karatekimmi · 10/09/2012 20:15

My fave one was a waterproof one by no 7 but they stopped doing it ages ago. I haven't found a waterproof one as good yet!!

Thegoddessblossom · 10/09/2012 20:17

2000 calorie max factor. Brilliant.

LadyEmmaHamilton · 10/09/2012 20:18

Max Factor False Lash Effect. Although I am lucky to have good ginger lashes in the first place.

StetsonsAreCool · 10/09/2012 20:28

I had my make up done in boots a couple of weeks ago (living the high life!) and I was specifically looking for a new mascara, and was willing to pay for a top brand as I've had some unexpected extra cash and I wanted to treat myself.

The lady who did my face said not to bother with expensive mascara and Maybelline is great. And you know what, she's right. I've got the falsh lashie-one in a purple weird shape tube. It's really good - so much so, I wear it every day. Without fail. And I'm really not a make up person in the slightest (only worn on special occasions before this).

ElectricMonk · 10/09/2012 21:01

Mine's No7 Lash Adapt - it's great for my very sensitive eyes, builds and adds volume without clumping, doesn't flake or smudge over the course of the day, and is quite affordable with the £5 off vouchers that Boots often do :).

PippiL · 10/09/2012 21:10

Natural collection, lash definition.

£1.99

BaronVonAwesome · 10/09/2012 22:15

Clinique High Impact. I lost most of my eyelashes except for a layer of really short ones and it was the only mascara that made them look normal. Now my eyelashes are back, it makes them look amazing. I've actually been asked by complete strangers which mascara I use and no, I'm not Samantha Brick.

Phaedra11 · 10/09/2012 22:20

I tried a Maybelline mascara once and thought it was the best one I'd ever used - until my eyes started watering and itching! It looked great but sadly not for sensitive eyes.

valiumredhead · 10/09/2012 22:29

Max Factor Masterpiece in black.

ComradeJing · 11/09/2012 07:34

Mac Opulash for everyday.

I'll never, ever buy an everyday mascara again that doesn't just come off in the wash.

YSL faux cils for big night out wear.
