Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse - dry oil, how to use?

OK, I am just back from hols in France where this was advertised everywhere. Apparently it is the No.1 oil in France at present. So I bought it for myself, sucker for advertising, huh?

Does anyone use it, is it any good? The bit that I find slightly confusing is the "dry oil" bit. Obviously it is a liquid, so not actually dry, so I am assuming that you put it on dry skin then? Why not wet - would it not go further? You can also apparently use it on your hair - do you do this on dry or wet hair?

I usually use Argan oil for moisturising my skin (it's too rich for my fine hair) but thought it would be nice to try this (and then miraculously turn into some chic French-looking lady, with fabulous skin and hair....)

Any pointers please? I haven't opened it yet, but will do so shortly!

I use it on my body - it is really nourishing and I love the smell.

Never really thought about how to use it. I think the "dry" bit in the name is confusing - I just use it as any other oil.

The guardian had a very short piece about dry oils recently

Enjoy!

I have this (sparkly one)

I use it on damp skin and then rub the rest through my hair and over my face

The sheen (not overly glittery) it gives is really nice especially for an evening out

Thanks to you both for clarifying what I am supposed to do with it!! The article was interesting too - at least it explained what a dry oil is, looking forward to using it Smile
