Another plea for help from the S&B collective genius.

Got this dress in a whim for a wedding next month but have no idea what shoes, bag, cards, accessories will go with it.

Can anyone help please?

Budget for shoes, bag and cardy/jacket is £150-200

Can't give much help but was sad that nobody had replied to your message! This dress would look lovely with a little cropped cardi with 3/4 length sleeves in a colour that picks up one that's already in the print. Match the shoes (heels, peep toe or slingback) with a little clutch. It's a gorgeous dress and now showing as sold out!!

I would probably not try and match shoes to the dress exactly. My gut feel would be like the girl in pic - go for tan shoes/bag or possibly if your colouring suited it - something in nude.
May be possible to match your cardy a bit better with a nice dusky pink, or a red that matches the embroidery red.
I'm rubbish at online shopping, so I'd take the dress with me and go wandering round shops like zara and oasis to try on combinations. I've been know to go to a large branch of a shop (not on a Saturday) and get the shop assistants to run around and try to help me!

I saw a bag in zara similar colour to the dress, agree with taking dress with you and trying jackets/cardigans/shoes.

I got an open blazer style jacket from New Look for a wedding recently, it was relaxed but smart looking. I think because the sleeves have a bit of material a loose shrug style top might work too (I can't remember the name of the style I mean).

been thinking, and agree with previous poster not to match shoes and bag - perhaps go for nude court shoes a la Kate Middleton?

Thanks for the ideas and I love the open blazer idea.

Think a trip to the shops with the dress is best.

I've got some nude peep toes do that leaves more £££ for a bag and jacket! Smile
