coconut oil - have two, one for cooking/frying, and one for body oil or very sparingly on ends of hair

dunno bout rosehip oil, will watch with interest

Coconut oil = body moisteriser, after shave moisteriser and face moisturiser for the spotty tho you might want to mix it with olive or almond oil first.

No idea about the other one

Rosehip oil - warm between hands and apply to slightly damp face and neck instead of night cream.

Rosehip oil morning and night (under SPF moisturiser in am, occasionally under night cream at night, usually by itself).

Coconut oil for making magic cracking chocolate sauce Grin and for body lotion.

Rosehip oil as a serum, morning and night under moisturiser.

Coconut oil for OCM, intensive hair treatment overnight, body lotion, also add it to yoghurt and eat it to help nuke bad bacteria in my gut.
