wtf is cocktail as dress code anyway

have posh and I mean posh bday party to go to. Am curvy size 14. Big on hips massive on waist, fits on waist, tight on hips. small frame big bum big boobs.

What do I wear?

i got the prrfect dress for htat form caost it has a ruched bit over the tummy
itts not on the website
excatly hte same style as the 2nd link but blak crepey wiht a split
