These clarks shoes - yes or no

I couldnt decide - for work involving walkinkg a fair bit around building and outside sometimes, need to be super comfy. Having a 20% voucher i was looking at these in clarks but i had a niggling doubt - verdict ? these

Clarks had some fab S/S styles. A/W all seems a bit revert-to-type

I have a pair in navy blue (but would like the mustard colour too).

They're really, really good for walking in.

But I like them, in a sort of retro-seventies way I think they're funky. A winter version, if you like, of the Kestrel Soar-Jesus sandals that people have been keen on on here for a couple of years now.

I think they are great and look dead comfy and I agree they are cool in a retro way niminypiminy. Ignore the hipper-than-thou mob on here - wear what you like!

I'm too young fo rthem at 56 - they are the uglisest shoes I have ever seen.

They are indeed hideous - make my Fitflop sneakers look stylish.

I'm afraid I'm another who loathes Clarks, though lots of people on here seem to like them. Those look just the sort of thing I'd expect from them - except when they try for 'fashionable', as in their ads - and, IMO, miss.
