stripey tops + big norks = a big nono?

I really fancy one of those stripey tops that are everywhere
they look great I think
BUT it's no go isn't it if you have big norks?
I will look like the side of a house, non?

my large-norked colleague with the stripey top did look nice in it. But even so, the stripey top made one want to peer at her boobs. Which probably isn't good?

Small stripes probably ok but big retro trendy ones only suit skinnies They don't give the same look on big boobs more old fashioned and mumsy than young and funky

Have bought stripy top, despite big uns. However, it has deep V neck and 3/4 sleeves, which are very flattering if you're on the big side. It's from M&S and has little silver buttons down the front. Sort of just a nod to the fashion of the moment I think.
