I don't really read magazines CBA no time and they're all adverts, but..

just been away for a week, so bought Red, Good Housekeeping and Marie Claire.

And, woo hoo- paisley print, brocade and shoes that look like embellished slippers are in.

Usually it's purple and tartan or tweed that makes it's annual appearance.
Not sure about the oversize coats look though (to be worn with skinny jeans so you don't look like a little girl in her big sister's clothes).

Yes it's good isn't it. I want to find some good AW very easy to wear slipper type shoes.

But won't do the oversize thing.

I bought some studded slipper cut flats this week from Top Shop. They had velvet with gold studs and canvas with silver studs. I want to ramp up the grunge elements in my wardrobe so went for the silver studs. I don't mind the canvas as will wear early autumn on dry days and then switch to my new boots.

Saw some nice brocade print jeans in Primark this week, have them on the list as their jeans fit me really well and for £13 you can't go wrong really.

Never liked paisley, so won't be doing that one! Not sure about oversized coats that look like you've borrowed it from someone.....but I will be wearing my woollen cape.

They sound fab. I would love to get them before having to wear boots in AW.

Big relief we're all still allowed skinny jeans still. I had a horrible sinking feeling that Vogue was going to be full of wide legged trousers that make everyone look short and dumpy but it's fine! We can still skinny away.

Oh yes. Sticking to the skinny. Might go for black ones. Haven't done that for donks.

Just need the shoes, the shoes.
