Is a BB cream enough of a moisturiser?

I've bought the Garnier BB cream and it says it 'hydrates' the skin, would you also use a moisuriser as well?

I wouldn't but my skin is quite oily. I normally put a bit of Rosehip oil on my skin, then BB cream before foundation.

Ha i've now just ordered rosehip oil! just read the other thread on it and it sounds great, thanks for your help.
