Girl's navy tiered skirt?

My daughter would like a navy skirt for parties, she is a skinny 9 yr old. She wants tiered/tutu/tulle or an underskirt - basically, sticky-outty, but not too short. Has anyone seen anything like this, preferably well under 25 quid?

Vertabudet have them in every colour but navy, could she be persuaded colour wise? The dark pink is only £5.70. They are really nice quality as well.

I think she maybe could, purple looks promising though could try a couple for that price - thanks!
