Oi! All you Merrell lovers - tell me about the Haven!

I need/ want a new winter coat. I have a couple of decent wool ones but I need something a bit more practical for the winter. I will be a SAHM soon and have a feeling I will need to take the dc out whatever the winter now dd is a proper walker climber.

So tell me all about the Haven please. :)

Do you love it?
Is it worth the money?
Is it a practical/ waterproof/ warm as it sounds?
Hows the sizing?
Where did you get yours? Any bargain places are v welcome!

I'm short and slim but have broad, swimmer type shoulders so I'm guessing I'd need a 12.

I love my haven more than I love my family! I paid about £90 on amazon and would pay full price if I had to get another one - def worth it. It's the most waterproof coat I've ever had - water just beads on it and rolls off. It's very, very warm - a winter coat rather than an autumn one. I am about the same shape as you and I got a 12, can fit a jumper underneath no problem.
Nothing I like more than raving about how amazing my merrel is!

I can't find it on amazon for much less than full rrp. But have found a few site where it is cheaper.

What colour is yours? I'm thinking of the cinder/ brown one. Simply because I think black is a bit boring and washes me out - especially on winter.

I need to try it on in RL I think ....

Oooh pleeeease share where you have found it the cheapest, i had seen it on Sports Direct for £60 but when i went back the other day to buy it they had sold out of everything but and 8 in the cinder colour i wanted . My own fault but very disappointed, i can't find it for less than £60 anywhere else.

I have the grey one. I normally get black coats but this suited me much more. I got mine last July - I think amazon have better prices on winter coats over the summer.

I've found it at a few places for £110. Which is a good saving but still quite dear.

I also want new boots, and jeans, and winter woolies...

Yes it is warm, yes it is waterproof. I got mine last year for £70 but I would pay more than that it is worth it.
