Any recommendations? They have to be black. He's slim, wearing age 13 ish in Asda grey ones.

Have Asda, next, marksies and tesco to choose from. Hoping to go in an hour or so.

Any thoughts welcome!

john lewis do nice ones for £10.

I think at this late stage I would just go with whoever has them in stock! My preference is m&s as they do long length trousers which are good for skinny kids but they never have what I need actually in stock - always requires an online order.

if you can, get a hook/eye type waist fastening not button. It's amazing how lazy boys can be. quicker and easier on PE days

M&S is where we've bought ds1s from. They seem to last well and don't go through at the knee as much as other makes do. They also have an adjustable waist which is most important as ds1 doesn't always remember to wear a belt Grin.

Thanks everyone.

Mysteryfairy...don't say that now. I'm terrified I'm too late.

Got everything else at the start of the Hols and it's sort of just passed by as something that I haven't done. Blush

the only place i had any luck last night was asda.

the trousers are grim..cheap and nasty! they were the only black ones available. still. have them now, so can buy some nice ones when i am able to...at least ds can go to school wearing some!
