Leggings for 5ft tenners!

Anyone with head in clouds managed to find nice proper non-see-through leggings with no fancy ruchy bits? (wtf are the ruchy bits for anyway? People on here recommend Mint Velvet but I need to get my head round a) length and b) will ruchy bits show and make me look crumpled round the ankles?

I bought some decent leggings from M & S, They are long on me and I am 5'8" so I should imagine they will be fine for you. They are definitely non see through and with no ruchy bits.

I almost picked up a pair in M and S cos they do "long" but I did wonder about the see-throughyness!

Were they £7.99? The ones I looked at were (which I thought was too good to be true tbh!)

I got a lovely pair from Sainsbury's last year....they seem to be the only pair that are long enough for me (5' 9") and they aren't see through either....only problem is....I can't find them in there again .

Have bought a couple of pairs from Very.co.uk - and they look nice and thick......until you put them on and then they are very see through.

if you manage to find a decent pair.....let us know!! :)

The best ones from M&S are the indigo collection ones - nice and opaque and good length

I think they were £9.99 but they seem much better than my New Look leggings.

I'll go and have a rummage in M and S and report back!

M&S do really nice autograph ones in differing lengths.

I get mine from dorothy perkins -I'm 6ft and they are a perfect length and not see through :)

I have a pair from Long Tall Sally. Nice fit.

NEXT sell leggings in their Tall range and they are too long for me at 5'11".
I love M & S long leggings - slightly short for me but always wear them with boots and very good quality.

Just come back to this. Thanks for further recs...haven't got them yet but will check out all suggestions.
