I am tall and curvy - where can I find naice dresses?

I am going back to work in 3 weeks time and I need to be SMART . I'm 5'11", but a size 16 as I'm still carrying baby weight, which is most depressing.

I'm curvy anyway - broad shouldered, smaller waist and then quite hippy.

I need dresses...please help! If anyone mentions Long Tall Sally I will cry as it is shit.

Check out Banana Republic Tall, it's the US version but they ship to the UK and they often have 30% off offers.

Not sure what their selection is like at the moment, but i've bought some cracking dresses from DP Tall recently, quite cheap too.
I feel your pain tho...I tend to wear separates for work and pretty boring at that!!

I've just seen a dress in DPs for 22 pounds, that would potentially fit the bill! Thanks - I'd forgotten about them.

The Banana Republic stuff is lovely (I like BR), but how easy are returns? Or do I just need to measure myself vv honestly carefully?

I looked at Boden for their long stuff - it is almost as bad as LTS. FGS, who designs this crap?

Have you looked at www.tallgirls.co.uk? They do some beautiful dresses. Next do a reasonable tall range too. I agree re LTS - the quality is dreadful for the prices they charge.

Don't know about US returns but they allow 3 months for returns in the uk.
