Can you recommend a facial oil?

I love slathering my face in oil at night to keep wrinkles at bay. I've previously used the Santuary oils and liked them but can you recommend any others to try?

Bio oil, you cant beat it. Cheap ,smells beautiful and leaves skin really soft the next morning ......

I use a clarins one.....lotus something I think. Smells lovely.

Another one for clarins- Claris lotus oil is amazing for oily / combo skin. Skin that needs a bit of moisture but that is not nec dry.
I don't slather it on though!

Neals Yard Rose Facial Oil. here smells divine and is all natural.

I bought some Neals Yard Rose oil after a recommendation but my skin really didn't like it (so another bottle sitting in the cupboard unused - oops!)

I now use Clarins Santal oil which is the best stuff I've ever used for my fairly dry skin, it seems pricey but is lasting ages. My daughter uses and loves the lotus one.

Boots Botanics facial oil is great

RightOldPickle I'll buy the Neals Yard Oil off you, if you like - my skin loves it Smile

I started to use rosehip oil a few days ago after reading a thread here.
If I use it all over my face, my skin seems to react, so I stopped doing that. So I started to just dab it on my noticeable wrinkle which is the dreaded 11 lines, although mine is more of a huge 1 line rather than two Grin.
I also dab it just on any areas of pigmentation. I've got a patch on my forehead about the size of a 5p piece. When I was putting my concealer on yesterday I noticed that I really had to look hard to find the forehead one...it's faded a lot in just over a week applying the oil.
Not noticed any difference to the 11 lines though.

Another vote for Clarins Santal Oil. Gorgeous smell, and you wake up next morning with skin like velvet. I've run out so I'm using plain almond oil which works well but isn't as indulgent.

Decleor Excellence - www.lookfantastic.com/decleor-aromessence-excellence-serum-15ml/10360551.html

They call it serum for some reason, but it's really oil.

Rosehip oil

noddyholder · 26/08/2012 12:18

Trilogy rosehip is great

monkeysmama · 26/08/2012 12:36

I use rosehip oil on my scars and lines and Decleor neroli oil on the rest of my face.
