navy trousers, black shoes?

trying to find some cheap practical work clothing that is long enough (long legs) and found some navy trousers that might be ok

can I get away with black shoes? don't want to have to buy navy shoes as well!

I don't really have many grown up shoes, got some converse and walking boots, but not really suitable for work!
