Alternatives to a really expensive Birkin bag?

I need a bag thats big enough to carry my laptop and plenty of medication around with me - do they make cheaper versions of this bag that are still as nice?

I was hoping Littlewoods would have something gorgeous, as OH has an account there, but I can't find anything remotely similar.

Any help? Or any other big bags that are sub £200?
