Hi just wondering if anyone here has used Liz Earles Cleanse and Polish with the cloth and what did they think of it. Just got an e-mail saying that they are doing free delivery for a limited period. Fed up today so have ordered myself one as a bit of a treat.

Yes. I love it!

FerrisBueller1972 · 24/08/2012 17:48

It's brilliant stuff, I've bought every bloody product going over the years and this is the only I've ever been really impressed with Grin

Cartoonjane · 24/08/2012 18:23

I like it too.

lissielou · 24/08/2012 18:28

I use the no7 version, its lush.

suebfg · 24/08/2012 19:56

The Soap and Glory version is as good IMO and often on 3 for 2 offer

It's ok but I use the No.7 as it is just as good and I don't feel like I have been mugged for £25!

TacoLeBell · 24/08/2012 20:09

It reacted badly with my skin, I really wanted to love it too as so many people have good results Sad

HazleNutt · 24/08/2012 20:10

Didn't do anything for me.

dontmixthecolours · 24/08/2012 20:11

ITs brilliant. I ran out last week and got loads of spots. Calming down now I'm using it again. I can't praise it highly enough

cybbo · 24/08/2012 20:26

Its been an MN staple forever

But it's too creamy for me, I prefer no 7s version

YoullLaughAboutItOneDay · 24/08/2012 22:20

I love it. No7 and Soap&Glory have both irritated my skin. I have been using it for about 6 years and adore it. When I try other things I feel like I have wasted money because I never get on with them. I bought it on recommendation from India Knight in some column or other. That and Bare Escentuals have changed my beauty regime.

I don't rate her moisturiser - they all seem too heavy for me. Even the light. And I get stabby about the amount of waste if you buy the pump - buy a tube and cut off the top and scrape out every last drop.

captainhastings · 24/08/2012 22:22

Has transformed my skin , I like her moisturisers as well.

I have been wondering about trying the shampoo.

Dawndonna · 24/08/2012 22:23

Love it! I have psoriasis. It never gets upset with Liz Earle.

bramblina · 24/08/2012 22:24

I like it. Just like. Would probably love it if I didn't think the cloth ended up smelling of vomit after the 2nd day. (Am I doing something wrong folks?)

YoullLaughAboutItOneDay · 24/08/2012 22:26

Bramblina - yes, cloth goes in the wash every 24 hours! Just buy some cheap baby muslins and hack them up.

oohdaddypig · 24/08/2012 22:29

I wanted to love it...but it did nothing for my skin. Made it feel over sensitised.

bramblina · 24/08/2012 22:38

Ahhhh, YoullLaughAboutItOneDay thank you!!! I thought surely I'm not meant to buy ten of these cloths!!!

YoullLaughAboutItOneDay · 24/08/2012 22:40

Bramblina - God no. You don't need to pay that much for a green hem. Baby muslins and some big scissors and you're set.

ComradeJing · 24/08/2012 22:42

Yes, it saved my skin. I HAVE to use a new cloth every day though or I get spots.

I like cheap flannels best.

QuickLookUsainBolt · 24/08/2012 22:48

I love it and have used for about four years. I sometimes get a bit bored and buy something else, which I use for about 3 days then throw in the bin as they never seem as good as liz Earle.

I also use the toner, moisturiser, eye bright, shower gel and the eye creams.

iloveeverton · 24/08/2012 22:48

I got it on a co-buy website so didn't pay full price.

First 2 weeks I had terrible breakouts- so stopped, went back to it about a week ago and my skin has been fab on it this time.

My skin is dry and very sensative.

QuickLookUsainBolt · 24/08/2012 22:55

Ooh which website is that iloveeverton?

Fozzleyplum · 24/08/2012 22:59

I used to use it; it is good, and smells gorgeous. I stopped because I thought it wasn't worth the money after I discovered the oil cleansing method, which produced exactly the same results. I use olive oil alone as my skin is dry and put a few drops of rosemary and eucalyptus oil in (the same ones used in Cleanse & Polish). I use cheap flannels, which I wash after each use, as the LE muslin cloths are hideously expensive for what they are.
