There are these brilliant diet pills called Thinz, I lived on them when I Was young and stupid. They are basically speed tablets.

Bio oil is much cheaper in SA, as is Eight Hour cream. I stock up on both whenever I go.

Omg, thinz, did my final high school year on them, was skinny, didn't sleep studied all night, got really good grades. Metabolism now pretty screwed tho! Oh dear. Second bio oil. Good mosquito repellent. beauty treatments much cheaper, and generally very good, so book yourself in for a facial, mani, pedi, waxing, etc. go to more 'local' salons , rather than ones in tourist centres eg avoid around VA waterfront etc. as they'll charge international rates. If you're going to cape town there's a good salon near the gardens centre.
