Good quality men's white tshirts

Dh wears a lot of plain white tshirts but has been getting REALLY cheap ones from Tesco/asda (£5 for 3 or something ridiculous!) They last about 1 wear before shrinking in the wash :-)

Where can I get him some better quality ones that will survive a lot longer? Marks used to be good, are they still ok for basics like this? Don't mind paying whatever they cost as long as they keep their shape.

Try Gap, John Lewis or Calvin Klein?

According to DH T.M Lewin [gravel]

Seriously he is a builder who is therefore not use to formal wear but had to get a white shirt for my grand fathers funeral and popped into one of there shops at a station and got fitted and it was around £25! As he was measured it fits wonderfully and washes well (hung to dry and only needs a light press to be crisp) and you would never guess the price. Very impressed. The black tie was bloody expensive though ...

DH is obsessed with finding the perfect white T-shirt and he currently favours Banana Republic (used to be Uniqlo)

Dh has got really good white t shirts from Boden & Fat Face - recently he's got a couple from Primark, they are a lot thinner more like the sort of thing to wear under a shirt but they have kept their shape.
