She is 4. I need a winter coat with a hood and it must be navy with no logo or other colours. I bought a gorgeous duffle coat but she cried because it was so heavy (and I suspect would ave soaked in the rain too). So no heavy woollen coats. Pleeeeeease help

Bought a dark blue puffa jacket for my 4 y o DD at Zara last winter - lightweight and warm. She liked it and many other children at her school had similar.

Gap although it is more of a rain coat. I got it for DD and it's very cute and waited until it was one of their 30% off days.

Ok just discovered Milton Keynes has a Zara, debenhams and gap. Shall go there first week of term - she won't need a coat first week in September will she?

I saw a nice navy coat in monsoon last week - not sure how practical it would be for school though. I have ordered dd a navy and white polka dot coat from joules - on pre-order so haven't seen it yet.
