What's Uniqlo like? Quality, sizing, customer service etc.

I've seen Uniqlo mentioned a few times on MN and wondered what it's like?

Prices seem reasonable on the website, is the quality ok? Getting to the stage where I'd rather buy quality than quantity.
I quite fancy some of their cord trousers, how accurate are their size guides?

I only buy Jeans and last time I did that they had changed the sizes so it's not 12 it's 30/32 and things like that.

I like their stuff but then I don't shop in many places, just them, Bench, H&M and Primark really and they are the best.
