Maternity clothes - especially denim skirt

I have been searching and searching for a maternity denim skirt. I want it to be not too short (just above knee would be perfect as I'm tall) and pencil or A line. I like this from Boden but no stock sadly (apart from white, I want blue though). I just cannot find anything like it in my size (14). Has anyone seen anything? I am keeping an eye on ebay but nothing has turned up so far.

have you tried this? I have a similar one from a few years ago and it really is comfy. I am only 5ft 2, and mine comes just below the knee. It might be a bit short for you I suppose.

there are a couple here, but IMO they are slightly frumpy. Jo jo are very generous in the sizing BTW if you do decide to order.

This might be more your thing. They also come up big, and long too.

I saw your thread title and was just about to suggest the Boden one....how irritating that they are out of stock! It's a blooming staple, they always offer it in their maternity wear, so shouldn't really ever be out of stock, but anyway....

I had one and loved it. It's a size 10 unfortunately, and if I ever get my ass into fear, I will be listing it with other maternity wear on eBay. Small matter of an 8 week old keeping me busy!

Good luck, hope you get one. Have you tried Gap?

Northernlurkerisonholiday · 20/08/2012 22:54

My friend had one she loved. I think it was Gap.

Thanks for he replies.

bonzo I like the mamas and papas one but they only have size 20 :( the seraphine looks nice but I emailed and it is 37.5cm long which is a bit out of my comfort zone. I'll try gap again today I think but my local one doesn't have much.

I want the Boden one, so annoying that they don't have it

Ooh, how about leggings? Where can I buy decent maternity leggings? I think I might be sticking to the dress and leggings combo for a while.

I complained loudly to Boden about the fact their denim skirts were out of stock but to no avail - I too have searched high and low for one but have now given up. I tried the Jojo Maman Bebe one but it was too short for me.

However the Boden maternity leggings are pretty good - although the black ones are on a three week wait, at least they will be coming back into stock while I am still pregnant.

Try Jojo Maman bebe they have a mini and A line

Sheldonella · 21/08/2012 10:14

Thanks ladies. Grr at Boden. It has said 11 week wait for ages now. I'm tempted to order just in case it is quicker, I can always cancel if I find one somewhere else.

I had a Jojo MamanBebe A line one last year. Loved it. They still have it. I have a Jojo discount code, I'll post it when I get a moment.

Maternity leggings - H&M, without a doubt.

MTA22 gives 10% off £45 spend at JojoMamanBebe.

Thanks Bike I'll have a look on there again.
I just bought a pack of 2 pairs of leggings from new look. The fit is great and the non-maternity ones I have from there have washed really well
