I rarely feel like that these days Sad but regardless of my outfit, shoes and accessories, if my hair doesn't feel right, i.e. clean, bouncy and gorgeous, then nothing's going to work for me that day. What about you?

No spots and being thin. Not looking in mirrors too. That way, I can kid myself!

Hair - clean, bouncy & swingy or clean, silky & tied back into a low bun, with no roots!

donotsquandertime · 19/08/2012 13:50

I second hair, when it goes just right and from every angle looks good and you catch sight of yourself in the mirror and think ye I am ok today/as opposed to other days you think ye gods I am turning into my mother. Also the right outfit, when you know it looks good, and you don't have to tug at top or keep adjusting things.

I agree with nice hair.
I'm loving my tan at the moment especially my brown legs.
It's natural after two weeks in Egypt, and my face has lovely colour too.

Mumelie · 19/08/2012 19:29

Hair by far the most important, big and bouncy curls, I'm growing it currently shoulder length Grin
Then feeling slim (ish) which after losing over a stone I am starting to Smile
Then no spots - this is not happening this week Sad

Meggles76 · 19/08/2012 20:14

yes to good hair. Regular cuts and colour are key for me. Then I still feel good even if my clothes are nothing special that day.
Also yes to being slim. Have been doing running, shred and sensible eating. My clothes look so much better.

Funny isn't it; I couldn't give a flying fig about what my hair looks like and it shows but if my eye make up isn't right, or I haven't had time to pile on enoughGrin then I feel like shit.

porridgelover · 19/08/2012 21:38

It's nails for me....cant feel good even if everything else is nice, unless nails are at minimum clear varnished, clean and filed.
Thanks to here, I now have some length with my OPI Nail Envy-ed growing nails.

Can even feel elegant in trackies if nails are done.

cerealqueen · 19/08/2012 21:42

A good night's sleep or my eyes, which dominate my face, look so puffy and bloodshot, no make up in the world can help me.
Hair a close second.

madmomma · 19/08/2012 21:43

yy cereal I sooo hear you. My eyes are huge too, but huge eyes means huge eyesockets, means huge bags...

MarshaBrady · 19/08/2012 21:43

Swimming in nice water - pool or beach. A tan, a bikini and sunshine.

Chicinwellies · 19/08/2012 22:26

Ridiculously, I had no idea how much my feet got me down. S&g foot buffer later and some Dior polish, my pretty and soft feet really have made me feel a Lot better about myself !
