How am I going to get rid of this spot then? (TMI warning)

I've had it two years now [paranoid]

It started as a spot, with a lumpy white bit, but never really materialised into a normal spot iyswim.

It's on the side of my nose, right next to the socket and the "sensitive eye area" as they call it.

Sometimes it fades away, at the moment it's red and lump like.

Just a red lump really.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a sebum glad that gets bunged up now and again, rather than a spot spot. Don't pick at it ( it will never pop). Keep your skin clean and perhaps apply ice when inflamed.

There's nothing to pick at, it's really just lumpy.

What is a sebum gland?
