Laser Lipo / Strawberry Lipo - anybody had this?

Just out of curiosity has anybody had this done or knows someone close to them that has?

Not the usual 'my sisters, cousins, dog's aunt had it done and it was awful'!

I know I will get stick for this but I'm just interested in the results.

I'm 5ft 6 and eat very healthy and do exercise when I can - sometimes 5 times a week sometimes only twice when work & DS keep me too busy.

I am a size 12 which I am very comfortable with - however I am a pear shape and have always held too much fat on my thighs and would love the confidence to wear a pair of shorts or a dress in the summer - as it happens I only wear trousers or at the most 3/4 lengths.

Please no help with exercise tips etc - even when I was a size 8 I held excess weight here - there is no getting rid of this from exercise - I'm not being lazy - the rest of me is fairly toned - but this is all I think about and it really knocks my confidence when dressing etc.

Thanks

I don't have any experience but just wanted to say don't be apologetic for asking about this :)

I had lipolight which sounds similar- it was a massive waste of money :( did absolutely nothing. Sorry.

Thank you - ujjayi - was just waiting for endless list of abuse about cosmetic treatments etc. Smile

MamaGeekChic - Lipolight is an LED based heat and light therapy - Strawberry lipo is a pain free, surgery free treatments that in a brief summary - focuses on lasers that shrink fat cells. Thank you for letting me know about Lipolight as I will make sure I avoid this Smile

I am not looking at surgical options so am interested in these types of alternatives.
