trousers at the waist

Any tips on where to get trousers that have the waist band at the waist rather than below. After 4 kids I need these!!!

I have a nice pair from M&S - brown cotton jeans-shape and they had some other colours in there at the weekend I think.
Find it a real pain only finding jeans that go under my flabby bits rather than on top to hold them all in

at least it's maleable.. will mould into any shape... usually a big saggy flap

ooh, don't you just hate this fashion of low-cut jeans? I've not had a well-fitting pair of jeans for years now it seems, I'm forever hoisting them up all day long. :(

I am after wide leg summery trousers but not linen (too much ironing), and with waist at waist. very tricky. My hips and legs are reasonably slim but if I get trousers big enough at the waist they often look too big everywhere else. But hipsters are just disastrous, esp in summer without layers of jumper etc over the top.

Just bought a couple of pairs from Next which are not low rise - navy linen pair and black cords.
