Scum stole my mulberry!

Scumbags stole my oversized Taylor deer brown satchel yesterday containing my mulberry purse, iPhone, sunglasses, glasses and grans keepsake ring (worthless in monetary value but priceless to me)! Posted because I need to rant (know exact house location where stolen phone was due to tracking device, police arrived, address was well known to them, but they couldn't find my stuff upon house search), and also to add further insult, can't find the same bag anywhere (even emailed mulberry but they're unable to locate any stock for me; lovely kind email tho)! So, do any of you lovely mn ladies have any ideas where I might find them (might be a silly thing to focus on but if I keep thinking of the lowlifes who've got my stuff I will go nuts)!

Will your household insurance cover it ? I am sorry this happened to you, just awful :-(

oh that's so horrible. Have you thought of looking on ebay for your stuff? It might be worth a shot...

to find a replacement, you could try asking on the purse forum, where they have a special section for mulberry - they are so helpful there.

Awful experience for you : (

OP I was in the York outlet on Saturday and I am pretty sure they had some Taylors in. The number is 01904 611 055.

They will post the bag out if you order from them as long as it's not a sub.
So sorry to hear what has happened. Something similar happened to me so I know how angry you musyt be feeling!

fauxfox, you do know that site is a fake, right?

Go into local pawnbrokers with your crime reference number and a description of your Grans ring. They have to hand over stolen goods to the police so you would get it back eventually and I know that is that is what you want back the most.

I second the pawn broker idea. My sis dropped her engagement ring in the street. She looked around local pawn brokers and saw it in the window! It's definately worth a shot!

Thank you all for your posts. It's the frustration of the situation and the total unfairness and inconvenience. My insurance should cover it but sadly there are just some items I can't replace. Made me feel but better tho knowing I have the support of you lovely ladies!
