Any recommendations?

Would prefer a mask or a one or 20 off treatment.

Have stripped my hair colour our with colour b4 and its dryer than I would like it.

Warm olive oil, wrap towel round your head for 30 mins, then shampoo. Don't use too much oil, as this method can be very effective.

Can't beat Aussie 3 minute miracle imo.

LynetteScavo · 09/08/2012 22:02

This range is great

This will probably sort you out;

Thermo-reactive Masque to provide intense nourishment for dry and sensitised hair]]

Thankyou.

I have tried the 3 minute miracle, it helped but not that much.

I will dig about and see if I can find some of that Lynette :)

Will try olive oil in the meantime.

There's an amazing kerastase mask that comes in a bright pink tub. Bit ££ but fantastic and lasts ages as you don't need to use much each time. If you can't find the pink one the masque intense is also v good.

X post with lynette Smile

I had my colour stripped professionally, at a great salon, and tbh, it was dry and dull for a long time.

I was going to go another shade lighter now all the dry hair has grown out, by can't face it again.

L'Oreal have brought out quite a good sulphate free line which I've been using for about a week. It's pretty good, I can actually brush my hair through after washing it now, and it definitely looks less parched. I use the pink one and it comes in a foil type tube thingy

Gielly Green hair mask is amazing

As you've stripped you need both protein and moisture. Try using a protein mask weekly, botanics 3 minute deep conditioning haur mask is good. And then also oiling it once a week with olive or coconut oil, put the oil on dry hair, leave it overnight or at least 2 hours then shampoo twice to get it out (don't condition).
