Phoned them and was told to phone back on Monday when it will be 10 working days since despatch. In my heart I know something's happened to parcel - they never take this long usually even with Olympics going on - and I'm so gutted :(. Dress was in sale and there are none left in my size now :( I'm confident I'll get a refund as Boden are great that way but should I ask for a money off voucher too do you think for my inconvenience?
