Whats the bes thing for covering up panda eyes? And does anyone use that olay moisturiser with reflecting particles?

Is it good? Should I get some?

I don't wear much make up usually as I'm a fresh faced baby... but I get really bad circles (not bags, just bruise coloured things) under my eyes... would quite like something that will cover them whilst still looking as natural as possible... I have really really light skin...

I use YSL touche eclat then laura mercia under eye concealer on top of that(it comes in different shades), it helps a lot though I would be interested to know if anyone has had plastic surgery!
