Anyone tried FitFlop ballet flats ?

I know, neither stylish or beautiful, but I have painful feet and love my fitflops as they are so padded and comfy.

But has anyone tried the Due on ? Are they regular or wider and comfy ?

I DID NOT need to know they existed - I want them now

BikeRaceRunningRaceNoSkiing · 09/08/2012 18:01

No need to worry, they are sold out !

AbsolutelyNotHoneyDragon · 09/08/2012 18:06

that makes me want them more Envy

thank heavens for a crappy bank balance

CMOTDibbler · 09/08/2012 18:11

I want them too - in the cherry red esp - but if they are regular or narrow my fat feet won't fit in them, even when they come back into stock

and they are in stock on Cloggs

I bet they are really wide, the sneakers are.

polyhymnia · 09/08/2012 18:16

I too plan to get some - the black and tan version. Meanwhile would love feedback from anyone who has them.

Cloggs have them in stock and so does the main FF site. Look very similar to the limited edition Uno they did for summer - only half the price.

faustina · 09/08/2012 18:36

I tried some in a six and they were ok, except everytime I took a step my foot fell out of them. I'm waiting for Cloggs to send me a five to try now - in the black and tan, which are suede by the way - though they don't say that anywhere

faustina · 09/08/2012 18:37

they aren't as wide as the sneakers, but they aren't narrow either!

CMOTDibbler · 09/08/2012 18:41

OK, have ordered some black patent ones from Cloggs. Am v hopefull !

I have them in black (not patent). They give very good support and generally comfortable but they rub a little bit on my heels. I expect that will wear off after a couple of wears.

I don't think that they are narrow but they seem narrower than the trainers.

DH says they look like granny shoes but I don't care. It's not as though he puts style before comfort!

slalomsuki · 09/08/2012 20:57

Have ordered a pair of black patent ones also from Cloggs and will let you all know how they fit.

Bought a very similar pair from Asda for £20 in May which I have worn to work but thought these would be worth a go for winter.

CMOTDibbler · 13/08/2012 12:19

Mine have arrived - not mega wide, but plenty of room. So, so, so comfy for my sore feet !

ggirl · 13/08/2012 12:24

initially thought they must be minging but they're actually really nice.

faustina · 13/08/2012 15:33

mine have arrived too, and I keep putting them on and wondering whether to keep them or not. They are really really comfortable, but I'm not sure if they look a bit rubbish/frumpy. Perhaps I'll stick a photo up and see what you all think

polyhymnia · 13/08/2012 15:55

Would like to see them. How has the sizing come out?

CMOTDibbler · 13/08/2012 16:01

Sizing is good, and as wide as M&S wide fit shoes. They aren't high fashion, but they look nice, and have a suprising amount of height

OP posts:
faustina · 13/08/2012 19:44

they're quite big. I fit easily into a size five - am normally a six
