Right lovely people, I get married in 3weeks time-please help me!?

Hi, I don't normally post on style.and beauty (i am not very beautiful or stylish!), but I have a wedding dilema...

I get married 3 weeks tomorrow. I am wearing a champagne coloured 50's prom dress with a bright blue sash (the fabric is called wedgewood blue) I really need some amazing shoes. I quite fancy a peep toe in blue. I can do a heal of about 3.5inches, but can't wear really thin stillettos.

Can anyone help find my dream wedding shoes, pretty please oh stylish and beautiful people!?

One final hurdle is that I am,on a small budget, could stretch to 40 pounds-ish.

I'm a size 6.

My friend bought gorgeous blue Irregular Choice shoes with swallows on them, might fit the theme??

These are the ones I was thinking of - they looked really beautiful on. Definitely more bright blue than navy though. Bit steep at £70ish though, although maybe eBay or somewhere might have them?? Good luck! (for the shoes and the wedding )
