can you give me some style pointers for my future mil, I need to take her shopping to get an outfit for my wedding. She's mid 60s, on the short side with quite a large bosom and a well rounded stomach, good bum, short legs, I'd say she's a UK 16/18 depending on style. I have suggested a personal shopper at one of the big department stores but she doesn't seem overly keen on that idea. Central London and Bluewater are where we'll likely end up. Any suggestions? She usually wears trousers but she's keen to wear dress or skirt/jacket. Coast? Betty Jackson? Any suggestions would be great. I'm not sure she's up to a whole day of shopping (me either!) so the more informed I am the better. As it's wedding season can anyone in this age group link to something they've worn recently worn to a wedding or seen on an older relative/friend. She's quite conservative but doesn't mind a bit of colour.
