Help! What the bloody hell do I wear to a theme park?

Ok, I know it's not strictly S&B worthy, but I'm stumped.
Will jeans get too soggy?
Will jumpers be too bulky?
What on earth do I put on my feet- I don't own trainers!
Please oh wise ones, help a clueless minion with an impractical wardrobe!

Footwear should be something you are comfortable standing in forms while, and should be secure on your feet.

It's your personal preference as to what you wear. Personally, I would go with shorts with generous and buttoned pockets.

There was a thread on this in chat the other day! I would forego too much style, and wear lightweight trousers, probably cropped with some stretch to them ( comfy and dry quicker than jeans), converse type shoes ( flip flops can fall off!), a pretty t shirt type top, thin light jumper and thin waterproof in backpack. But the poster from the other thread would despair of me!

I wear jeans and converse, in this weather probably a short sleeved top with a light jacket and scarf just incase it gets chilly.

Thanks for the advice Smile
What do I do with phone/keys etc? Will a bag get in the way on rides?
I'm coming across as a nincompoop, I apologise Grin I just haven't been to a theme park since someone else worried about all of this for me Grin

When we've been to Thorpe Park most rides have a cupboard or area near the ride attendant where bags can left. I agree that thin layers and any kind of flat lace up shoe is the way to go. Also spare trousers.

Ok, so I've managed to dig out some canvas pumps, but other than dresses and pencil skirts I have no alternative to jeans Sad are they going to be an utter nightmare?
On top I think I'm just going to go with a tshirt and cardi?

Jeans are fine - just don't go on the rides where you will get too wet till the end of the day! LOL

Honestly, jeans, leggings, shorts or cropped trousers all fine on legs.

Comfortable shoes that won't fall off on feet.

t shirt/top plus some sort of lightweight cardi/hoody/jumper

waterproof coat in bag just in case of rain or to wear on 'wet' splash rides
