What to wear to the Olympics

Any thoughts. I'm going tomorrow so not much chance to buy anything but I'm thinking skinny jeans and blazer?

It's not a fashion show. Just wear something comfortable. Most people I saw were wearing tracky bottoms or jeans and teeshirts and trainers.

What are you watching?

Sorry got interrupted before id finished and pressed send by mistake. It should have said I'm going with clients with dinner afterwards. So difficult to get the balance right!

Shoes wise probably wedges so that i can go day to evening? Is it a long walk from the station?

Yes yes to skinny jeans and blazer. I went to Basketball on Mon and found the stadium a bit chilly. HTH.

Olympic park basketball arena so Stratford station I think

It is not a long walk but by the time you get through security and everything it seems it . Also if you decide to explore another area of the park that can be quite a way away. Comfy ballets or wedges should be ok . I wore sandals and was fine. I saw one person suited and booted they looked odd !

You could always take a different pair of shoes in your bag for the dinner
