Anyone have a Bravado Bliss nursing bra? Sizing query.

I'm looking for a more supportive nursing bra and came across these. They look quite good, smooth cups and a kind of underwire. I'm not sure what size to order though, as they come in dual sizes which is supposed to make them more flexible. Does anyone have one, if so how did you find the sizing? The hot milk bra I have now is a G cup, it sometimes feels a little small ( boobs are flipping enormous!! ). So do I go for the F-G size or the H-J, which would surely be too big? Don't want the hassle of sending things back if I can help it.
PS apologies for posting this in here, there's nothing 'stylish' or 'beautiful' about nursing bras!

As far as looks go, the Bravado Bliss is actually rather nice isn't it? Particularly the 'chai' coloured one. I had that and a black one in a 32H/I as I'm a 32HH nursing bra. I found them extremely small for the cup size I'm afraid. Back sizing is about right.

They're beautifully soft, silky material and definitely give lovely uplift and non-mono-boob shape but I very quickly got '4-boob-syndrome'.

I never got round to buying a bigger size cos I have a suspicion that my boobs just don't like being forced to cooperate with a moulded cup (they never did even in non-nursing bras), but maybe I should...

Bunch of waffle, sorry! Pros: pretty, sturdy, soft, back six accurate
Cons: my cup runneth over, and not in a good way. Cups sizing way off.

Thanks, I'll probably be better off with the bigger size then. I got my hot milk one fitted at a local shop and the shop assistant said I would probably need to go back and get refitted after a few weeks. However they only stock the hot milk (£££££) and Elle Macpherson ones and they're all quite frilly, I want something you can't see through my top!

I also found mine very small fitting I'm afraid. I had two 36H bras from Bravissimo that fitted very well (but were hideous) so ordered the Bravado Bliss (I love moulded cups) I got a 36 H/J and it was too small. I couldn't wear it, gutted!
