Best "skinny" jeans for carrot shaped legs?

I'm mid-forties, 5'4, size 12-14 and have short legs shaped like carrots (lucky, eh?!).

I made the move from boot cut to straight jeans a couple of years ago. I would love to be able to wear skinny ish jeans with ballerinas and a little blazer jacket. I've tried on the Baxter jeans in Topshop but they just looked dreadful - like leggings.

Are there any "skinny" jeans out there that are not horribly tight and clinging, in material that isn't too thick and stiff?

Or am I pissing in the wind? (I probably am...).

Watching this thread as I also have carrot legs and cannot find any jeans to fit!

I am a carrot legged woman too, though I never thought to liken them to a vegetable before.

I have finally found a pair that I think meet your requirements (as they were the same as mine) and they are the New Look Super Skinny jeans.

I was wary of them when trying them on, however the material is so so soft, and when on, don't fit like super skinny jeans. They are snug on my thighs, and at the knee and though I have large calves, dont feel tight on them and are a little loose at the ankle.

Not sure if I am painting a good picture here.

They fit a zillion times better than the Skinny and Straight Legged jeans. Mainly due to the levely fabric I think.

Dorothy Perkins super skinny jeans - you'll probably have to go a size town though as I find them a bit too stretchy otherwise

M&S super soft 5 pocket jeggings. Honestly- really flattering, look and feel like really soft skinnies, come in huge variety of colours and only about £22.

I like the dotty p ones too.

Levi curve skinnies

I like the look of those New Look jeans - (high waist too - good for hold-innage).

I found H&M super sqin jeans to be the best(or as good as it gets), they are low rise, I think that makes them more flattering, and I still need a belt.
