Warehouse did a slightly similar one last season.

This is it on ebay. Although the sleeves are different, the pattern on the body is pretty much identical. It's a gorgeous top, I hope you find it or an alternative.

Sizing is usually quite small. Haven't tried that one on, but I'm a 10-12 on top, I think the 12 would be fine. That top looks lovely.
