Just saw this in my local Home Bargains today and wondered if anyone had tried it? It's not branded and costs just unbder two quid. I thought it might be worth it.

Anyone?

I saw that too but the fact it had no spf protection put me off. Asda have the Maybelline one for £6 at the moment and it has spf 30 - it's brilliant, give that one a go :)

Ooh no SPF. That's a bit of a bummer!

I've just bought the Garnier BB cream for combination skin. I'm a complete convert - SPF 20 and it really does keep the shine at bay for most of the day, even in this heat!
I have very oily skin and very few foundations, etc can withstand the oil slick that forms across my forehead, but so far this one is performing very well!

I love the Garnier one too and don't wear anything else now. I've not tried any others though and I'd be tempted to stock up! It costs loads here and I can only buy it in Debenhams. I wouldn't buy one without at least spf 15 though.

It's £9.99 in Boots. Can you order it over the Internet?

mrsnec · 27/07/2012 07:04

I can get it online yes. Think I'll order a job lot next time!

I got the garnier one in superdrug the other day for £7.99

Hmmm, i'm ondering whether I should be another BB cream convert.

At the minute i'm using olay regenerist serum, followed by regenerist moisturiser which is SPF 30, which i'm really happy with. When I first started using it, I really noticed a difference and everyone was commenting on my skin. It's really quite expensive though. Works out at £50 for the 2(assuming it's not on 'offer') and my skins got used to it now I think, so I could do with a freshen up I think.

So do the BB creams really do everything?! I'm always a little dubious of products, beauty or otherwise, which claim to do EVERYTHING in one.

summerholshell · 27/07/2012 12:58

that's wondering, not ondering!! Bloody W keeps jamming!!!

DizzySiddal · 29/07/2012 17:12

Summer same thing happened to me with Regenerist! My skin was the best it'd ever been after about a month of using it - seriously, I was glowing :) Fast forward a few months and it was just...blah. Sooo annoying. BBs are a pretty good one stop shop for daytime imo, though if your skin is really dry a bit of moisturiser underneath is a good idea.
