Hi hoping you can offer a bit of advice on what to pack to wear. I'm going to Global gathering festival this weekend, not been to a large festival since DD came along (she's now 7). The weather is all over the place, I want to be comfortable but a bit stylish too but not too try hard. Please help!

Is dd going too?

For you I'd go for some muck boots/wellies ( a must), socks- thick ones and 2 pairs for every day incase you get wet
Couple of tea dresses/2 pairs of jeans, few casual t-shirts, thick cardi or hoody, a hat, funky raincoat, waterproof trousers incase it gets bad and suncreamWink

Oh, and dry shampoo, makeup, lots of wipes, leggings for under dresses/jeans if weather fails:)

ooh thanks, I have ordered wellies but there was a problem with delivery, might have to pop out to get some, they are a must!

DD not coming she is having a sleepover with cousin and nanny and grandad Grin

I was at 2 fests last year and heading to green man again this year. Tis a very chilled affair and I generally wore tea dresses with my wellies and a funky raincoat. I also had a straw hat, some chunky jewellery and a few different cardi's for colour.

Just back from deershed this weekend, dresses, leggings, denim jacket and wellies /sandals depending on weather.
A hat is always good for festival hair and shorts with wellies is a great look if you have the legs for it.
