Hair just below shoulders -hard to style?

I am soooo bored of my long,straight layered hair that I have had for years and years!

I love Olivia palermo's hair- kind of just below shoulder and all one length.
Would it be hard to style? I have 2 preschool ds's so don't have much time in the mornings! I also work part time as a nurse so need to tie it back.

I had to google but from what I can see that is just layered and a lot of styling with big barrelled tongs or GHD's. It's not all one length, she has a lot of layers. I would hazard it takes a lot of looking after to look like that.

Thanks for reply. I have just had a google myself and actually agree there has been a lot of work put into making it so sleek! And no doubt a professional blow dry!
Will talk it through with my hairdresser when I go next week
