How embarrassing, I've just bought men's trousers from Uniqlo.

Perfectly ordinary looking skinny leg dark grey jeans. Looked really nice on, and fitted well. And they had a 34" inside leg which is practically unheard of.

Bloody woman at the till had to ruin my triumphant feeling at finding jeans that fit by telling me they were mens. Bitch :o

And I'm also slightly [blushes] that men's jeans fit me so perfectly

Why does it matter? I'm a size 6/8 and I have loads of men's tshirts and shirts and stuff.

GobblersKnob · 19/07/2012 15:12

I used to only wear mens Levis 501s when I was young and beanpole-ish, the women's version looked shit on me.

It doesn't really matter, I was just feeling all smug at finding long length skinny trousers and then the cashier had to go and take the shine off it a bit.

But if you're tall, and want really nice skinny jeans, in a dark grey. Very nice thick fabric, get yourself to the men's department of Uniqlo :o

did you get them?

Women's jeans are frequently "stretch" denim.

I hate stretch denim. I don't want my jeans to stretch.

I wish I could buy men's jeans but I am 5ft1 so it is impossible.

Who cares I wear mens socks and trainers.

headfairy · 19/07/2012 15:36

I did germy. And bought a very nice slouchy black top from Gap sale to go with them.
