Have my brothers wedding in Sept and will be 14 weeks (so outfit already bought will no longer fit)!
Soooo just wondered whether people were happy with TR dresses? Which style people bought they can recommend? How sizing comes up?
Thanks

Sorry I haven't bought one but will keep an eye on responses, as I need a dress too! That's not much help to you, is it??

Will you have enough of a bump at 14 weeks to warrant a maternity dress? I definitely don't mean that to sound rude btw, just they are expensive!! Maybe you could swap the dress you already have for one in a slightly bigger size?

I am preg with DC3 and although I had obvious bumps at ~14 weeks, I could still get away with wearing normal clothes, if they were forgiving in cut - i.e. empire line/floaty, etc.

I always find the maternity stuff drowns you in the early stages, as they are cut for when you are much bigger, even the one's that are clingy. If it's any help, I always have to go down a size in maternity dresses - they seems to size up everything rather than just the bump, so the bust, etc is always hanging off me. I am a sz12, D-cup boobs, so not skinny and I always need a 10 in maternity dresses. I wish they would just make the bump part bigger, but then I only tend to put weight on around the bump (so far anyway!).

However, I have a wedding to go to at 37 weeks and I will be mahoosive in the bump dept!! Already about 25 weeks and people are shocked at the size of the bump!

Keep us posted and Congrats and Good Luck!!

Hello, it's my third and starting showing at 9 weeks with the others - I get big v quickly!
Just been looking at Isabella Oliver and Crave, but lots of clingy polyester which I think may make me hot!
I agree with you on the sizing - maternity dresses that fit mid pregnancy are waaaay too small at 30+ weeks!

Ah, ok! It's hard - I would love to get a dress now but still a few months until the wedding I am going to, so will wait until nearer the time. Don't want to shell out on something and then find when I need to wear it, it doesn't fit/looks awful..

It's hard, isn't it? Good luck in your search - update with what you end up with!!

I bought one for a black tie function 7 years ago. I wore it again during the next pregnancy and then had it taken in so I could wear it again. I wore several times to functions last chritmas and had lots of compliments. It's similar to their current Chloe style

Their customer service was excellent too

I have the black flutter dress, it is beautiful and lots of people commented on it at the wedding I went to. It would last from first stages of showing right through pregnancy as it has a stretch to it. I am a pre-pregnancy size 10 so went a size up ad I gained quite a bit of weight!
I can't recommend highly enough, totally worth the cost IMHO. I was going to eBay mine if you were interested then PM me.
size 12-14

I bought one a couple of years ago and loved it. It was black and purple and there was a picture on the website of Holly Willoughby wearing it. I had to size up I remember.
