Jeans under £50 that don't go saggy?

MissWooWoo · 13/07/2012 15:11

are there any? I can't "size" down as muffin top hangs over too much, currently a 14 but on a mission to be a 12 so don't want to spend loads just yet. My M&S £20-ers were go saggy after one wear now and it looks awful.

Help!

Primark

Honestly

MissWooWoo · 13/07/2012 15:21

really? so I should get the 14 because primark come up small and then they should fit perfectly? yes?

Uniqlo. I love their jeans. Size down as they come up large.

dexter73 · 13/07/2012 15:39

I have just got these and they are perfect.

cocolepew · 13/07/2012 15:42

Asda their jeans are the DBs. I always get compliments when I wear their straight ones

Kaloobear · 13/07/2012 15:44

The ONLY ones that don't go baggy are Topshop High Waisted Skinnies (which they haven't done for ages Angry) and Topshop Baxters (also high waisted skinnies), and in both cases you need to go down at least a size. I'm an 8/26 and wear a 6/25 in both of them.

germyrabbit · 13/07/2012 15:53

i have some gap real straight and they seem to hold up ok!

ElizaDoMore · 13/07/2012 16:13

I got TS Marthas from eBay and love them!

MissWooWoo · 13/07/2012 18:03

I don't think I could get Top Shop jeans past my knees Grin

I think half the problem (other than quality of material) is that when you are bigger than a 10/12 you have extra squish to stretch out the fabric! iyswim

Anyone size 14-ers who have found the perfect no sag jean that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

peacocks jeans are fab.

happyhorse · 13/07/2012 18:56

I've got some straight ones from Tesco that I believe were £14 and they are the best jeans I've had in a long time - no sagginess at all. Plus they seem to be quite generously sized so you might be able to get a 12 already :)

PerryCombover · 13/07/2012 19:05

Baxter

noisytoys · 13/07/2012 19:10

I always get Miss Sixty from TK Maxx they are about £30 in there and last years Grin

fuckityfuckfuckfuck · 13/07/2012 19:13

Oasis cherry jeans. Don't sag, and no muffin top

aroomofherown · 13/07/2012 19:54

I second uniqlo. Just bought some skinnies for £30 and they are super comfy (stretchy) but haven't sagged yet anyway

littlemiss26 · 13/07/2012 20:28

I'm a size 14 and got an excellent pair from Dorothy perkins of all places - £15, bargain! they say skinny on them but they are not a 'true' skinny, more of a straight leg i would say - very impressed with them!

TenMinutesLate · 13/07/2012 20:28

I love love love my D&G skinny jeans that I've had years but now lifestyle has changed Grin I too champion Primark jeans....I know, I know but really the high waisted skinnys are fab. I've also picked up 2 pairs in Dotty P's (light pink & dark demin) and they're so comfy. Potty training so up, down, crouch, run round, and repeat and no bagginess or thong showing. Pretty much perfect! And £25!

isabella oliver jeans are lovely and less than £50 in the sale

Ladyhaha · 15/07/2012 21:12

Just bought a straight legged pair from dorothy perkins for £25. They're quite stretchy but don't sag and are a very flattering cut.
