Another question from dd (15), this time about hair colour rinses

Dd wants to put a pink rinse in her hair, you know like old ladies always did.
So, where do you get such rinses, and how permanent are they?
Thank you Smile

la riche directions do some pale tints. They don't last very long, but at least you can keep trying new ones! She'll have to bleach her hair very light before applying. La Riche

Gosh, I really miss dying my hair Sad. I hope she has fun with it!

If she bleaches her hair very pale first there is a chance the colour will never completely come out.

I did this exact thing a few years ago. I put a pale pink over bleach blonde, it looked alright, would not rinse out though. Tried to bleach the pink out and ended up with hair exactly the colour and texture of candy floss for a very long time. Not attractive!!

Thanks for that help. I don't think she wants to have to bleach it as she has, and knows she has, fabulous blonde hair. Think she was hoping for a kind of 6 week temporary pink rinse, a bit of fun for the summer holidays.

if her hair is naturally blonde it should rinse out. might not though! lol, just so she is aware!
